Camping - The Official Tulip Time campsite since 1960!

The Ottawa County Fairgrounds has been the official Tulip Time campsite since 1960. We offer sunny or shaded lots with 20 to 30 amp electrical hook-ups to all sites, and water is available to many sites. We also offer state of the art bathroom facilities. We also provide a dump station for your convenience.

For only $20 per night you can enjoy all the benefits of our campground.

We also offer the Fairgrounds for motor home rallies through out the year. Special rates for motor home rallies and large groups. For travel trailer group info., call Rick Clapp at 616.399.4904 or email camping@ottawacountyfair.com for more details and availability.

 

4-H Camping Rules

Trailers can be placed on Saturday July 21 between the hours of 9am and 9pm or Sunday July 22 between the hours of 9am and 9pm.

• Cost is $100.00
• No campfires on fairgrounds.
• No dumping of grey water.
• No alcohol or controlled substances.
• Only one car per site. All others park in parking lot.
• Please respect the people around you.
• Generators can only be used between the hours of 9am & 10pm
• All extension cord must be 12-3 wire or better
• Must have someone at least 21 years of age staying on site.
• In the event of over crowding we will go to a lottery.
• Camping fee does not include gate admission.
• NO DOGS!

The campground manager has final say on the placement of campers. Any campers not parked in the proper location, as assigned by the camping manager, will be subject to having their trailer/camper towed at their own expense. Owners will hold the ottawa county fair harmless for any damage sustained to their trailer/camper while being towed.
